Do I have to renew my EAD card?
Hi y'all.
I'm a Dallas filer who is waiting for the interview.
I filed in March (13th) and my EAD card expires in Early June.
So I did my research about interview dates in Dallas on this website, seems like they interview Dec. 2016 filers. which means my interview can be in 2-3 months. I know it's not sure.
But the thing is that, I have to apply renew for EAD in this month,
(they recommend to do it 90-120 days before your expire date)
fee is like about almost $500 as I know.
but what if I recive interview notice within 2-3 months from now?
I don't want to waste my money. but I'm not sure when my interview date is gonna be.
what do I have to do in this situation?
