I followed this blog on a daily basis, so here is my timeline:
PD: 11/08/17
C9 married to USC, Case at NBC/MSC
12/6/17 biometrics
2/14 Service request opened - never answered
2/23 spoke to L2 officer - politely asked how much longer since my employer was eager to have me back, I was told 45-60 more days
2/28 Card in production
3/5 mailed out -spoke to L2 officer because I have an unanswered ticket for address change
He confirmed it was changed just website was not updated, he also provided me with tracking number for my card.
3/7 card received
