October Filler, RFIE!!! Please HELP

I have been silently and patiently watching this form for a few months now. I was hoping to keep silent until I get good news and share me experience with everyone. Alas, the unexpected has occurred.
I will keep the little details out this post, as I am in the midst of freaking-out phase, and I will come back to share the final experience when it is completed...
After waiting for 130 days, and as I was randomly checking all my cases statuses, I saw an update on my I-485 application! It said
"On March 6, 2018, we mailed a request for initial evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC189015 YYYY . The request for evidence explains what we need from you. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires....etc"
I freaked out, and I am still freaking out, as I am not sure what it is for and whether or not it will affect my I-765. So I have a few concerns:
1) I know that I did not send my medical examination, because it mentioned on the USCIS website it is not required to be filled right away.. etc. Do you think this RFIE might be for the medical examination?
2) If so, does this affect the processing of my I-765?
3) In any case, would this RFIE reset the clock on my I-765?
