we filed, had biometrics, and just been sitting and waiting...
We are working with an attorney,We paid her 2500 for her fee, I asked if we should contact Ombudsman and she hasn't responded.
She have inquired once in January.
Should we take things into our own hands? I'm worried, I don't want to do the wrong thing and have to wait longer.
Are there consequences for contacting about our case?
