Reaching Senator or Congressman for case assistant
Hi Guys,
I would like to know the right time to contact Senator or Congressman for case assistant on my i 765.
SR online on day 75 no response
Contacted Ombudsman on day 90
Called USCIS for inquires and the agent raised another SR since there was no response to the 1st one.
I called Ombudsman for update the lady told me it has been assigned to their analyst to contact USCIS which I believe is the standard response because I've called and got the same response before. Now i am thinking of contacting another agency, The wait is really frustrating couple with the fact that its never updated. Please advice, any suggestion is welcome.
