Hello everyone,
I have an approved I-140 (EB2-NIW) and I have been waiting for my interview forever. Here is my time line.
Dec 2016 - I-140 received by USCIS Nebraska center (I was on OPT first year at the time)
May 2017 - Submitted my I-485, I-131, and I-765 (Had to do this because my OPT was expiring on Aug 2017 and my lawyer advised not to apply for OPT extension with a pending I-140)
Aug 2017 - Received my EAD combo card which is valid until Aug 2018
November 2017 - I-140 Approved
December 2017 - I-485 transferred NBC for speed up processing. But we all know it would to schedule the interview.
I have been trying to find out the processing times for I-485 at Missouri center and have not had any luck. It is almost 3 months since the transfer and I have heard nothing so far. Are there any who might have similar timeline as me and already received the interview notice? Any information is greatly appreciated.
