Hi all, have been waiting 163 days on my EAD, c9 and center is NBC. Tried SR, infopass has been useless. Has been very depressing and as someone suggested tried creating my account on https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov.. I created login, selected paper based filing and added receipt numbers. But I dont see any additional information other than case recieved, so am guessing have to verify identity? When I tried to verify asks me for
1. Alien Registration Number (A-Number)
2. Department of State (DOS) Case ID
I inputted the A-Number on I-765 and I-765 receipt number but did not work.
Any suggestions? Also is this step needed to see complete information on my cases?
