I created the account on the DHS website this morning and then just now i checked again on that website and it says WE ARE PRODUCING YOUR CARD AND WILL MAIL TO YOU!!!
I am soooo relieved!! today was the 160th day!

The status still says "we received your card" on the regular case status website. So yes definitely sign up on that website myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov
