Hi everyone,
A quick background first, my visa trajectory before filling for AOS : B2(tourist, 2011)> F1 (MBA student,2013-2015)> OPT(temporary EAD card, 2015-2016)> E1 (work visa, 2016-now).
I've filled for marriage based AOS beginning of January. So basically from E1 to greencard.
Now the reason I gave the above background, is to ask if my history with USA and having multiple Visa progression including EAD card in the past, as well as constantly leaving and entering US, have any importance in the processing time of my application.
A healthy logic suggests that person that have an established history with DHS and USCIS should be processed faster than for example person on K1 Visa.
Any that had similar background can share their experience?
