Hi All
Just wanted to share my experience and seek your opinion-
1. My case was submitted on 13th Sept 2017 with Vermont
2. After raising multiple service requests with USCIS, contacting L2 officer, Congressman, Ombudsman and heavy mental turmoil case finally got approved on 8th Feb 2018
3. Received approval notice soon after
4. But still have not received EAD card
Raised service requests for not receiving card, called USCIS and contacted L2 officer but still no update. In fact, they are telling that it may be take upto 120 days just to receive card which was a shock to me since I have already waited so long for approval
Can anyone let me know any particular way to expedite the request? Seriously losing patience and getting job offers but not able to proceed for my EAD card is just not acceptable.
