I've filed my complaints about the delay of EAD approval 3 times with USCIS
I've had Ombudsman inquire my case.
They asked USCIS last week to look into my case.
I haven't heard anything from USCIS since.
How long do I have to wait to hear from them.
I feel I am very unfairly treated and am frustrated.
I will hire a law firm to know if I have been fairely treated or not. I am going to lose my current job, unless my new EAD were issued in a couple of weeks. Can I sue USCIS for collateral damage of my job and financial condition incurred by their unreasonably being delinquent in proceeding my EAD application?
