Hello all,
I am a DACA recepitent and i married a US citizen.
Timeline:
PD- Dec 2017 (file I-765, I-130 and I-485)
Dec 28, 2017, received a letter stating that they have received my paper work
Jan 29- biometrics appointment (completed)
Feb 8- “case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
March 14- 76 days after filing 765. Called USCIS to find out what’s going on with my case. Filed a report. Should know or get something in the next 30 days.
March 20- still no update. According to online my 765 and 130 were last update on Jan 18.
Anyone else experience this? How long does it take? It’s becoming frustrating as I thought the process was much faster.
According to online, as of March 14, the queens field office is now working on cases from Sept 2016!!!!!!
Has anyone who filed in Dec 2017 received their interview yet?
