Extremly long wait. NYC
My PD is June 17, 2015. That's right, 2015. We had our interview in September 2016. Since then no news. I-130 is not approved. Countless services requests and info passes did not help. Not sure if congressman can do something about it.
In 2016 I applied for renewal of my combo card and was not approved for I-131, I just got EAD. The case for 131 is still pending since 2016.
On July 28, 2017 I applied for renewal of my EAD and Advanced parole for the third time.. As of today, no news. On February 9, 2018 I did service request for I131 and today I got response:
The status of this service request is:
Due to workload factors not related to your case, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in the order received and in a timely and efficient manner. We regret any inconvenience that results from delays in processing.
In 2 days my 180 day extension for EAD will be over and I am completely out of papers.
Anybody in similar situation??
PS: During interview IO kept asking about troubles with law. I have never had any problem, never been arrested or stuff like that.
