Hello everybody, I need some help. Please !
I am under F2 visa in the US and I am a registered nurse. I got a job offer and my lawyer is filing I140 and I485 next week. My husband is a student and we fall under income category so while I was pregnant, I got state medicaid and my son is still receiving state benefits such as medicaid and food share. Everything is in order but somehow we found out that my husband also got state benefit such as medicaid and food share for few months. It was because of state agency's mistake because we never filled out the form by ourselves. As soon as we found out about this, we went to one of the state's office and corrected it and now everything is good. But I am worried what should be written in clause number 61 of form I-485 and how should I explain this situation in written form in I-485, if I mark "yes" . Will this even matter or not, am I over thinking? please help me. Anybody in this situation here? Please drop your comments. Please.
