Almost 9 months after interview, no word from USCIS
Hello People,
Its been 9 months after my AOS interview, since June 29th from the Atlanta field office, still no word on my case, i have done two status verifications with the Uscis still the same result, my lawyer keeps saying i should be patient, that it might be back ground checks, but i wish to ask anyone if a background check can take up to more than 9 months to complete. Please any recommendations on what to do. Thanks
