Hi Friends,
I have attend H1B visa stamping at Hyd consulate on Feb 21st with two dependents.After 30 mins interview VO issued white pamphlet with nothing was checked on it. VO returned my Passport and Online status showing as "Administrative Processing".
Visa Type: Changed from L1 to H1B in 2013 (This is my first H1B Stamping.My L1 visa stamping was back in 2009)
Biometric: Feb 20, 2018.
Visa Appointment: Feb 21, 2018.
Employment Details:
My prime vendor(XYZ) bids projects and implements at clients location (EVC Model). I have been working for the client since 2015. Recently i changed my employer from A to B both Implementation partner and Client is same.
During my interview, he was asking more about why you changed your employer and how do you know about Petitioner, What is the role of XYZ. Education/specialization..etc.
