Finally done with it. I had two application for minors and both followed the same path. Only one application got updated with MEA processed date. Overall good experience here except that it is frustratingly slow. With DC Embassy/CKGS, It will take the full length of processing time estimate.

    Mar 21, 2018 - Received by CKGS and at the Sorting Facility --> OCI Card picked up by UPS
    Mar 20, 2018 - OCI Card Reviewed by Embassy and In Transit to CKGS
    Mar 19, 2018 - Document is In Transit to the Embassy --> Document is Under Process at Embassy
    Mar 16, 2018 - Received by CKGS and is yet to be Verified--> Document is Under Process --> Documents Received by CKGS and Verified --> Verification is Complete
    Mar 16, 2018 - Case opened for acknowledgment of receipt of package.
    Mar 13, 2017 - PIO Package Received at CKGS.
    Mar 09, 2018 - Call for Current PIO Card. (74 days from Acknowledgment Date)
    Feb 24, 2018 - Processed date at MEA
    Dec 26, 2017 - Acknowledgement by Indian Embassy/MEA
    Dec 22, 2017 - Application is Under Process --> In Transit
    Dec 21, 2017 - Received by CKGS and Not Verified --> Application Verification is Complete
