Got 221g on H1, can I go for re-stamping on approved amendment
Hi,
I had an approved petiton with client A for 3 years, changed job location and filed H1B amendment. travelled to India with approved petition for visa stamping in Dec 2017, got 221g and still waiting.
Now my H1Amendment has been approved.
Can i go for fresh visa stamping on this new petition?
