Please help me understand this process
Right now i'm on my OPT F1, it will be ending in june 15. i will be marrying my gf next week. so if i start my process from april 15. i will take atleast 4-5 months to get my EAD. since my OPT is ending on june 15th. i won't be able to work anymore after that. till i get my EAD. or do you think i can keep working till my EAD comes? as anyone gone through this situation. i was planning on joining college again to get my day 1 CPT. but my lawyer said, once i start my process of AOS. they won't approve another CPT. please someone help me.
