F2A category instead of IR and huge delay now
Hi,
My spouse filed I-130 when was LPR. I-130 got approved and after few months spouse became US Citizen. I filed 485 along with 131 and 765. Even though i had included my spouse certificate of citizenship, received the 485 notice with F2A category. Completed FP June 2017. Its more than 10 months that havn't received any sort of update on all cases...Have made several appointment with USCIS and they always ask to wait and wait... Its more than 10 months and this has affected my daily life with misery....
I'm reaching out to anyone who had/has the same experience to see if there is anyway out of this. Please do me a favor and share your experience...
