Yesterday I received a letter From USCIS ( my interview was scheduled) , I was excited but when I checked the website my case status also was updated , But the website says Employment based interview was schedule, I am AOS filler not employment one , Someone with the same problem. I never have filled the I-140. What should I do?. That would be a problem ?
I filled the I-130, I-485 and I-765.
