I-485 based on marriage!
Hello,

I got married in Sep 2017, I filed my I-485, I-130, I-131 and I-765 in one package on Oct 13 2017, I received 4 notice receipt by Oct 26. After 2 weeks I received notice for fingerprints. Finger print done by Nov 17 2017, on November 3th I received rejection notice with returned package. The rejection notice only for 3 applications I-485, I-131 and I-765. The reason that (my bank accepted the check for I-130 but rejected the other check for I-485 due to insufficient fund in my bank account). Well, I understand and I had to refile again. I did so by December 16 2017 and I submitted I-130 receipt among the package. Because I-130 application was not returned. December 28 I received notice of receipts and written on I-485 notice date December 22 and in little square down priority date October 27.
My questions:

1- Is USCIS gonna process my case upon old file as written on second receipt priority date or on the new filling date December 22 2017 ?
2- Since they didn’t return I-130 application among The Who returned package is that mean it’s fine and in process??
3- I created account online to check my case, everything shows (case was received and bla bla bla) for new submission says last update in Jan 2018, but for my I-130 says last update Nov 2017, what’s that mean?
4- Now 98 days for second submission and didn’t receive my EAD yet nor anything changed online status check. Is it normal process?

By the way: I live in Seattle and filled to Chicago office and receipt notice from Benifite National Center.
