which day start to count?
Hi Friend,
I sent my application for EAD on end of February to USCIS and they received it on the next day as per FedEx delivery confirmation but I got the receipt notice that was dated of 20th March. I wonder from which the day start to count. Does the day count from the date they received the package or the day they produced the receipt notice?
