About expedite
After what looks like a successful expedite of EAD (status changed to New Card Is Being Produced) here are my takes:

This was a renewal.

You do not need to wait 75 days or 90 days to raise expedite. If you believe you have sufficient supporting documents, it works. I requested expedite (called the customer care number) on 74th day. 3 days later got mail asking for supporting evidence. Faxed it next day. Status changed to card being produced on 83rd day. You can literally apply for expedite just after they receive the application. That is the whole point of expedite.

I do not know how it works with SR i.e, some have mentioned that expedite requests are being postponed if there is an active SR ... no idea how it works. Never raised an SR.

For fax, prepare a fax cover sheet, a cover letter and all the documents.

You can specify more than one categories for expedite. The person I spoke to when requesting expedite asked me to pick only one (said he can put only one check mark). But later in the mail it said you can choose multiple.

It seems because of an overwhelming number of requests, the evidence need to be significant. Just job offer is not enough.
