I need help on this issue
I file my marriage base application last year June and did my interview in October. So far so good my wife i130 has been approved today but nothing on my i485. My question is I have a asylum hearing before the judge this coming Wednesday. So can i let the judge knows my wife I130 is approved so I can closed my asylum case or should I still keep it open since my i485 is not yet approved?
