Uscis won't let me put in another SR even past the 30 days
Hey can anyone tell me why uscis won't let me open another service request even though it's past the 30 days period of the old SR? I asked the customer service why and he said MSC( my center ) isn't letting him. Is there a reason for this, has anyone experienced such before?
