Waiting time for EAD and Travel Doc
Here is my time line:
- Filed for I-130,I-131, I-765 and I-485 on 13/12/2017 (USC Marriage based) from New Jersey.
- Received the the USCIS noticed on 26/12/2017.
- Biometric done on 01/11/2018.
Since then, there has been no update and I have not received my EAD. I asked my lawyer to call USCIS and they said they are backed up and it could take 5-7 month for them to process. My application went to office in Missouri.
I am confused because I see some people here got their EAD very fast and for some it takes a lot of time. Does it depend on what state one person is applying?
Has anyone here applied from NJ?
