If our EAD gets out of processing time
Hi! I’m the usc and my husband and I filed i-485, I-130, I-765, I-131 our Timeline is
Pd 1/22/18
Early Feb we received recipts
2/22/18 biometrics
90 days will be on 4/22/18
Our biggest concern right now is the EAD. My question is if we don’t receive the Ead on time, what is the next step to get the process moving? I see that ppl file SR, then ombudsman, and then follow up with a congressman. My question is when or what to expect, any advice would be appreciated.
Our office is New Orleans, although the website hasn’t changed from “case was received” and “fingerprint fee was received”
I know it’s too early now but I want to be prepared to take action if it's needed. Please share your experiences I would very much appreciate any input.
