L2 EAD Query - Need Help
Hello everyone,
I have got my EAD after 104 days. However, my EAD is valid till July 31, 2018 only. I think this is because, when i applied for EAD, my husband's (L1) Passport was valid till July 31, 2018 and i94 was also likewise.
Further, he got his passport renewed in January and also got his i94 updated (as he visited out of US) last month only. Now his passport and i94 is updated with later dates.
My question here is, How to get the expiry date of my EAD updated. Do I need to file a new application or I can make any such request over call/online.
Any help is highly appreciated.
