I am going to concurrently file Forms I-130, I-864, I-131, I-765 and I-485 this week. Before I print my forms, it would be nice to get tips and suggestion from my fellow filers.
I am came with B2 Visa (Visitor), an employer filed Form I-129 (Petition for Non Immigrant Worker) but DENIED,
overstayed and now I am married with my US Born Citizen spouse ( relationship 2 1/2 years, married 09/2017)
With all the NEW rules implemented and upcoming rules...sometimes it gets confusing.
Anyways, on I 485 Page 10 Part 8
Question #16 Have you ever worked without authorization? I answered YES
Question #17 Have you ever violated the terms or conditions of non immigration status? I answered YES
Question #61 Have you ever received public assistance in any source....? I answered YES ( I enrolled WIC program and Free immunization for my child more than 5 years ago)
On I -131 Travel Document
My purpose of travel....Family Reunion ( haven’t seen my family for a very long time) What is their approval requirements?
