Good afternoon Folks
I hear people say that in case of adjustment of status, if the US citizen spouse is receiving any government benefit or/and he is not working, he can't help the foreign spouse to get the green card. In other words, the petition I-130 will be denied after the interview. Do those parameters apply if the foreign spouse is working? I would like to get clear explanation about this fact please.
