Longest wait for Advance Parole
I applied for a renewal of my combo card on July 29, 2016. In October of 2016 I got EAD only. I raised multiple service requests about I-131 and got only standard reply that due to work load unrelated to my case bl-bla-bla.
So, July 24, 2017 I again sent the renewal papers for my combo card (EAD and AP). And today I got letter in the mail that my 2016 Advance Parole is approved in the beginning of the April. Online status just changed today. So it took them just 20 months to approve my Advance parole.
Now it is the time to approve my third combo card, but since I just got approval for I131 from 2016 it will be interesting to see if they send me actual combo card or EAD and AP separately. My third ead is pending since July 24, 2017.
I like the speed of USCIS. They do really good job.
