Hello all, I' m requested to provide form i864 affidavit of support to support my AOS application but my wife earn above the poverty guidelines of family of 4. However, in submitting my application I included my wife recent W2 and tax returns.
My question is uscis is asking I submit i864 does it.means their request is because my wife didn't complete the form?
Can she complete the form??
Is form i864 a must for all AOS applicants especially those that are not working ??
