I am a self sponsor as my U.S citizen husband does not make enough. I am currently waiting to be scheduled for an interview. Priority date on the I-130 is November 1, 2017. When we applied, I used 2 job letters: one full time at a hospital and one part time with an agency. Filing the I 864, it says to stay with the same jobs until everything is done. I m planning to move to part time at the hospital and as needed with the other. I will still be making above poverty guidelines. Does anyone have any insight if it s OK to change my schedule from full time to part time? Thank you
