Interview scheduled on vacation
Hi,

I want to share my experience and hear some answers to my question thereafter.

01/29/2018 I-485, EB2 I-140 (premium), I-131 and I-765 were filed (intentionally without I-693)
Week after received notices
02/14/2018 I-140 approved
02/15/2018 Biometrics appointment notice
03/01/2018 Biometrics done
04/06/2018 received EAD/AP together with approval notices
04/14/2018 received courtesy letter on red paper saying I-693 is missing and I should bring it to the interview whenever I receive a notice in mail saying that
04/18/2018 case status changed to "Employment based interview was scheduled"

I am expecting receive notice by mail this weekend and see is that really a notice for interview or just case readiness. Anyway I will have to complete medical examination and prepare, but my concern is I have booked vacation exactly a month from now and from what I read on this forum people get their appointment a ~month from notice date. That means I will loose money on bookings and will have to cancel/reschedule vacation, which is frustrating and never expected. Please share you experiences with rescheduling AOS interview. I don't think I will go with that option, but want to know if that is viable.
