uscis online account error
I've submitted I-130,485,765 on 1/31/2018, and got the priority date as 2/5/2018. Biometrics was done on 3/7/2018. However, only I-130 and 765 have online accounts, when I typed in my receipt # for my I-485 application, the system says "Validation Errors: You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding: User-Defined Error". It has been more than two months now and I still don't have online access to the case status of my I-485 application. Has anyone met this problem before?
