Crazy article I read in the New York Times!
I was reading this man had over stayed then he married his usc wife and started his adjustment of status case , he had overstayed for years ! Had a wonderful case lots of evidence that his marriage was real including sharing a 5 year old child with his wife. On the day of the interview the officer told him he got good news and bad news they approved his application but ice is here for him . Being married to usc doesn’t protect people who have overstayed! Is this true people ????? Doesn’t even sound right!!!! Pls respond if you heard of this article
