I filed for I-765 based on C9 in 21.November 2017. Still waiting for EAD, or any response.

Talked to 2nd level agent didnt get any response, sent 2 SR's last one yesterday got response ",SR **** *MSC is currently not assigned for processing". Is that real? What is going on?
