L2 EAD Pending
California Service Center, RD : 01/11/2018 L2 -EAD

1)Filed multiple SR after 75th day, closed within 3 days with status within processing time.
2)Raised expedite request and was asked to fax documents which was done on 04/16. No updates since

3) Contacted Ombudsman on 04/10 and they replied today with the following message

Thank you for contacting the Ombudsman’s Office. We have reviewed your request for case assistance and determined that USCIS recently issued a decision regarding the application/petition referenced in your request for case assistance. If you do not receive the decision within 15 days, please contact USCIS at 1-800-375-5283 or through an online case inquiry at https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do.

Any thoughts on this? Does this mean USCIS responded to my expedite or my EAD is in progress? It has been 104 days so far.
