I-485 Interview - Employment based (EB2-NIW)
Hello everyone,
I just had my interview today morning at the Chicago field office. Interview was very typical as plenty of other people have mentioned here. Gave the oath and signed a document saying that it is ok to continue the interview without my lawyer. Then she asked for my passport and birth certificate. Finally she went through the I-485 asking the questions in the form. With in 15 min I was done. I was told that everything looks good and if the USCIS needs anything else I will get a mail. With in couple of hours my status changed to 'Employment based interview completed and my case must be reviewed'. By the end of the day it was then changed to 'New card being produced'. Now I just have to keep and eye out for the card in the mail. I wish you all the very best....
