Seattle - Finally EAD Card Mailed & Interview Scheduled
After so many delays, my EAD (and presumably AP) was finally approved.

09/11/2017: I-485, I-130, I-131, I-765 submitted concurrently
10/02/2017: Biometrics (approximately)
10/10/2017: First RFIE mailed to me (evidence that I make above the poverty line; USC spouse doesn't work)
11/03/2017: Response to RFIE received by USCIS (lawyers are slow...)
Waiting...
03/15/2018: Second RFIE mailed to me (evidence that I am working legally in the US - I'm on a TN issued by USCIS).
04/11/2018: Response to RFIE received by USCIS (again, lawyers are slow...)
04/20/2018: Ordered new card (I-765 only)
04/24/2018: Card Mailed to Me (I-765)
04/24/2018: Interview Was Scheduled (I-485)

My AP case still says received even though I'm assuming that I will get the combo card.

In there I had three service requests, contacted the ombudsman twice, contacted the senator (although I don't think they actually sent anything in), and I had multiple phone calls and one InfoPass. My advice to anyone waiting is to get the ombudsman or senator involved. Make a case that you have been waiting a long time and that basically you're just requesting more prompt attention to your case. In both instances when I contacted the ombudsman, USCIS moved within a week. Not sure if it was coincidence or not though.

A couple questions that I would be very happy if someone could help me with:

1) USCIS says the card was mailed yesterday but I still don't see it in informed delivery. Is this normal? If not, can I get the tracking number somehow?

2) We live in Seattle. How long from interview ready to be scheduled to when it is actually scheduled will it take? Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Thanks so much for all the advice that you (collectively) have given people like me. It's great when you're waiting for so long to be able to visit a forum and read others' experiences and know that either you're not alone or something isn't right and you need to bug USCIS about it.
