Hi all,
Has anyone on here overstayed their visa by more than 1 year, gotten their EAD through marriage green card application, and then traveled with the Advance Parole?
There is a blurb on the notification that says "If you leave the United States after being unlawfully present in the United States, you may be barred from admission even if you have advanced parole."
Anyone have any experience with this?
