New Card Is Being Produced
Hi people,
Special thanks to this forum, I got more insight about the process and interview here.
I'm from San Francisco.
I have applied i-130, 1-765 & 1485 on jan 4
PD: jan 9th 2018
Biometrics done : Feb 07th 2018
RFE (birth certificate ) : Feb 9th.
RFE reply reponse received on : Feb 16th
Interview Notice mail : Mar 20th.
Interview done : April 24th
Interview went pretty good. Officer is friendly, asked about all YES?No questions later about our relationship, asked for all the documentation proving we are together.... All good nothing went wrong.
Yet I was not approved on the spot. I was given a letter stating case held for review.
I reached home, Around 5:30 PM I received an email : "New Card Is Being Produced ".
I checked my status online, it says " On April 24, 2018, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC **** **** *, and will mail it to the address you gave us ".
Question is :
Still i-130 & I-765 are pending (case was received on Jan 9th 2018). Only I-485 got changed. Does this mean GC approved ?
