H1B AP since Feb 23rd
Hello Everyone,
My visa is still under AP and case last updated was Feb 23rd.
Had my interview on Feb 23rd in Mumbai. Got a 221G Yellow Slip - requesting documents - project scope, client stating on client letter head that I'm expected back etc.
Documents submission date - March 15th. My company assigned an attorney for me so the attorney emailed the documents to the i797 email address.
I still havent received any communication from USCIS nor have they sent an RFE. Please share if someone is in the same boat or have a similar experience?
I've called an emailed the consulate multiple times but they dont have any further info apart from whats available online. Not sure what I should do.
