There’s one thing that’s currently bothering me.
I understand that the EAD is valid for one year. What’s the likelihood of me having to reapply for EAD extension due to still pending AOS? I recently got my EAD and I was wondering if I should prepare 7 months later to reapply if taking longer than a year to get a green card is the norm.
