My FRUSTRATING experience. NoT OVER
Hi,
I am so frustrated and about to give up on this process. The institutions in charge are so inept. It's unbelievable. We file the Adjustment of status 11/15/2017. I tried expediting the process. NO RESPONSE. I got biometrics done on 01/02/2018.
I raised a SR to see if they could expedite it. NOTHING. They never answered my requests. On 02/14/2018 I got a notification that the EAD Card was approved and the day after that it was mailed. I thought, It is going fast. 3 days later I got the approval letter in the mail. NO CARD> I called to see what happened and they told me that it was a system glitch and the card wasn't produced or mailed. They told me to keep waiting. It is the end of April and THEY WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. They said that the card wasn't produced. I contacted Senator Hatch's office, the OMBUDSMAN, and USCIS lies to both of them. They told Senator Hatch that the card was mailed, when I called they said that it wasn't. So THEY ARE PLAYING BOTH SIDES. They told the ombudsman that the card was sent out, but there's not a tracking number. They lie to them and the Ombudsman office closed my case and told me that it's the Post Office fault and that I might need to re apply because that is what USCIS told them. So, USCIS blames the post office but when I call they said. OH we haven't produced the card,! nothing has been mailed out. They Lie to everybody to get them off the phone.
SO NOW, I DONT HAVE A CARD because they dont want to make one. I am thinking about suing USCIS. Has anyone had a similar experience? I need comfort words because I don't know what else to do.
