First, Any news for NY filers ????
Second, I just need your opinions since all here faces immigration issues/waiting..
I have my EAD and still waiting the interview since 7 months :/
Now, I have a good job offer but outside the US , has anyone experienced this ?! The legal opinion is that it’s a risk to use my AP document to go work outside the US ! Also, to be accepted in this offer i had to mention that i am single because the country offering the job doesn’t recognize gay marriages, and it’s easier for financial and administrative process !
Also, we are ok about everything.. I will go by myself then 3 months later, my husband will follow me.. we arranged everything between us .. but it came for our pending application.. » was first time that we forget about it « so here we stuck about what should we do ???
I trust people here and their experiences.. so please advise me..
-Take the risk and travel (Pro: big plus and experience for more future jobs and $$)
-Stay on our current situation and keep wait/patience/prayers (Pro: « Guarnteed » american immigration process)
even that nothing is guaranteed with them..
