Hi All,
My pd date is 2/10/2017 and on 4/23/2018 my online status changed to your interview is sheduled and we will send you an interview notice. But until today, I still didn't receive the letter. I see normally people receive it within 4-5 days. I called USCIS twice this morning, first officer told me they can only resend the letter after 30 days and if i missed my interview, i will need to reschedule. They can't tell me the interview date. Second officer said they havne't sent my letter yet. he told me if they send my letter, my online status will change again.... really? i never heared the status will change again after they send the letter? i don't want to miss the interview,, anyone has any idea how I should do to get my interview date?
