Happy today!! AOS (I-485) based on marriage received by USCIS October 3, 2017. Biometric appointment notice received in less than 3 weeks (Oct 21). Appointment was November 8. EAD card received December 2, 2017. Notice of interview received January 27, 2018. Interview was today, May 1 2018, and we were approved in less than an hour after the interview. All in all, just under 7 months -- not bad at all!
Have faith, patience, be complete, document everything, dot every I, cross every T, and tell the truth. The system works if you pay close attention, follow the rules, and don't make mistakes. Bless you and good luck!
