Expired EAD
It has been more than 120 days that I have been waiting for my EAD. I have a job that I am scheduled to start May 9th.. I submitted Dec 4th. My "lawyer" told me that as long as my case is pending in USCIS I should be able to work with my expired EAD. Has anybody else heard of this?
